The conveyancing service is fully branded as LegalsReady from initial quotes through to completion but dependent on sale volumes of your estate agency we can consider a co-brand arrangement.
Choose Your Revenue
We build a £200 referral fee for each estate agent into our £595+vat legal fee to the consumer. Want more? – no problem just increase the legal fee.

Our estate agency clients have complete flexibility and can amend quotes on a case by case basis.
Our technology platform is built with this in mind, so if you wish to increase the £200 fee per case, you simply amend the legal fee on the quote to the client and you keep the difference. Our fee does not change.
Exclusivity
Dependent on the level of sales your branch achieves per month we can look at an exclusive arrangement within your area.

We want to build around like-minded estate agents, so we are open to flexible terms and also exclusive arrangements on set post codes.
There are a number of ways we consider exclusivity.
1. The level of sales within the set post code over the last 12 months
2. Current sales pipeline
3. We agree to reduce your referral fee but you can of course increase the legal fee pricing to the client to re-coup the revenue.

Our sales team is ready and waiting to help without charge. Use us as your overflow or outsource all conveyancing prospects.

We do not charge if you ask us to convert, it is all part of our service to work as a team – together.
You should aim to mention the LegalsReady service as part of your instruction sales pitch, and call when the listing goes live as this does not impact the instruction process and is the best time to convert.
The seller can of course wait and instruct us as conveyancers when the offer has been accepted and we will act swiftly but being LegalsReady will be an advantage in terms of transaction time.
Once the offer is accepted the buyer needs to be upsold the LegalsReady service to double your referral fee revenue and further expediate the sale process by having the same conveyancer – both sides.

Chasing a solicitor for updates is time consuming and can be very challenging as the client is invariably the consumer not the estate agent.
